LITAGG Aerated Concrete -Lightweight Dry Mix Aerated Concrete, is widely used in building construction industries and can be used in other areas where making a product lighter will be beneficial. LITAGG Aerated Concrete is chemically inert, has excellent insulation properties to reduce heat and sound. It also has very good fire resistance properties.
To reduce dead load on building structure it can be used lightweight concrete floor screed. This material has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. For the floor screed you can use 600-1000 kg/m3 density.

Concrete Properties
- Lightweight :- LITAGG Aerated Concrete in comparison to ordinary mortar, brickbat or concrete reduces dead loads 3-4 times depending on the design mix For Example: if you have floor screed project with area 1000 SMT. with average thickness 10 cm. It is 100 CBM Density of conventional floor screed is approximately 2400 kg/CBM and it means that for your project you need 240 tons of material. Lightweight concrete screed weight only 60 tons.
- Superior Thermal Insulation :- With thermal conductivity as low as 0.08-0.12 W/mK, LITAGG Aerated Concrete offers 20 times better thermal insulation properties than ordinary concrete, reducing thermal losses from/to upper/lower floors and cost of cooling.
- Non-Flammable / Non-Combustible :- LITAGG Aerated Concrete forms a hard and monolithic surface having at least 3-4 MPa compressive strength, giving perfect floor to apply waterproofing .This density can provide you enough compressive strength to cover finish with plasters, tiles, china mosaics etc.
- Acoustic Insulation :- Reduces Airborne and Impact sound improving sound insulation properties within the screed system Applications Terrace screed replacing traditional brickbat Koba Toilet / WC in fills sunken, Floor screeds, steel building, decking slabs, etc. Podium FiIIs, for pedestrian as well as vehicular traffic
